Please fill out a quote request form. We will get back to you with a quote and availability. If you would like to book we will send you a form to fill out via email. Once that's completed you can pay your deposit via paypal or mail in a money order.

Please pay the performers your balance in cash the day of the event, unless you are a business and have made alternate arrangements.

If you're choosing time-consuming activities such as face-painting and balloons or tattoos your Dream Friend will need the following timeframe:

• 1 hour for a maximum of 15 children

• 1.5 hours for around 20 children

• 2 hours for 25 to 30 children

If you have a large number of children at a corporate or private event, but wish to book a Dream Friend for a short period of time, they can do group activities such as games and storytelling. Or you may need to book more than one Dream Friend.

Indoor parties are preferred during the hot summer months due to the heavy costumes. Superbat is available for indoor parties only when it's over 80 degrees. If you are planning on having an outdoor event during the summer months, please set aside a shaded area for your Dream Friend. They will really appreciate it.  Some characters may be unavailable for outdoor parties during this time. Your Dream Friend will need a small table and two sturdy chairs off to the side or in a corner for face painting and/or tattoos. Please try to put them near an electrical outlet. If one is unavailable let us know, so they can bring batteries for their CD player.

A deposit is required to book your event.

You will need to to pay your deposit using an echeck, debit card or credit card online through paypal to reserve your entertainment.

If you do not have a paypal account, you will need to sign up for one. Its free and fast!

If you decide to cancel your event please call us ASAP whether you've paid a deposit or not. If we have received your deposit and you need to cancel, we will need two weeks notice for a refund. You will not be penalized for changing the date.
